Sh. Ram Nath Kovind National Convenor Dalit Chetna Rath Yatra will arrive in Chandigarh tomorrow on 25.04.09 in the context Dalit Chetna Rath Yatra organized by the National BJP S.C. Morcha in support of Sh. Satya Pal Jain the BJP candidate from Chandigarh Parliamentary Constituency.
Sh. Satya Pal Jain BJP Candidate and Smt. Kamla Sharma President BJP Chandigarh will flag off the Dalit Chetna Rath Yatra tomorrow on Saturday, 25 April, which will start at 10:00 AM from Karsan Colony Ramdarbar. Sh. Ram Nath Kowind will be the Chief Guest in this programme. This Dalit Chetna Yatra will pass through Sectors 31, 32, Vill. Burail, Colony No. 5, Sector 56, Kajheri and will terminate in Maloya.
On 26 April 2009, the said Yatra will again start from Khuda Alisher and will pass through Dadu Majra Colony, Sectors 38, 25, 24, 20, 29, 30, Mani Majra, Indira Colony and will terminate in Vikas Nagar Mouli Jagran.
Sh. Pritam Singh President SC Morcha and General Secretary Kuldeep Mehra have made an appeal to all the Dalits living in various Sectors of Chandigarh and in Colonies that they should participate in this unprecedented Dalit Chetna Rath Yatra enthusiastically so that the BJP Candidate Sh. Satya Pal Jain should get victory in the ensuing Lok Sabha election and that the congress Govt. could be thrown out of power.
