    In city beautiful Chandigarh chartered accountants are again busy in election of local chapter of Chandigarh of Institute of chartered accountants of India. Last time when there was election of central council and regional council of ICAI there were lot of drinks party, dance party, gift and thousands of SMS for votes

    SMS has already started for this Chandigarh CA election 2010. Educated community of society behave like uneducated people in there own elections.

    Important names in Chandigarh Branch Election of CA’s are Sunil Gupta, Manoj Kohli and Rajan Sharda

    Branch was unable to conduct the election of chd branch on time so on request of members ICAI headquarter appointed one ex officio member out of two ex officio members of chandigarh to conduct the election
    Ex officio member rd the notice of appointment on 30thJan. 2010 to conduct the election proceedings before 16th Feb
    But till date ex office member (who is my best friend) is not issuing any notice of EOGM and other formalities
    Why he accepted the appointment when his group and his nominee are contesting election one should follow the moral code of conduct of election and ethics
